Insert Data into Models, Develop Project Plans
The Analysis phase transforms raw assessment findings into clear, actionable intelligence. Griffin Hayes LLC examines all gathered information for completeness and accuracy, determines its relevance to your stated objectives, and organizes it into well-structured packages to prepare for audit program implementation, documentation, reporting, and action. We compare the current state to the desired or required end state.
Test and Review
Our analysis includes performance, comparative company analysis, sustainability of practices, environmental impacts, supply chain management, regulatory considerations, and more — ensuring all relevant aspects of your program or operations are examined before recommendations are formed.
Sample Audit & Risk Programs: Below are a couple iterations of a sample BPM Audit Program for the fictional Coastal Shipping Company that we recently modelled. The results mirror the work process in that the initial version is somewhat less customized following an intial data gathering phase. These results are then reviewed with management, and a much better picture of goals and expectations is developed and incorporated into "V2". Note the two versions are to be used together; the 2nd version adding to what we've flagged on the initial document. This second iteration also includes some preliminary recommendations for management review while the audit work is completed. Management input is again incorporated to deliver the most useful reports. We've also provided a Risk Management Package sample document for our fictional company to help potential clients see the format and content of what our Risk Analysis entails.
