Who We Are?

  Griffin Hayes is a Consulting and Program Development firm bringing competence and effectiveness to a range of projects and requirements. We provide Research, Analysis, Reporting, and Implementation in the Operational, Financial, Technical, and Scientific sectors. We are contractors to State and Local Government entities; responding to proposal requests, partnering with other firms, and developing offerings in-house.
  We were formed expressly to be environmentally positive, add real value to our local and global community, and be a mechanism for the inclusive development of young people.

  • Over 10 years experience in management of global, cross-functional teams and projects
  • Experience with a variety of software and environments
  • 3 years social profit company experience
  • State government, oversight, and administration experience
  • Federal Contracting Management for Forbes Top 100 publicly traded firm
  • Supervision of over 40 employees across several functional areas
  • MBA with emphasis in Operational Processes, and Undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Information Systems
  • Current Certifications Including PMP, Government and Non-Profit, and Internal Controls and Governance
